Few years back I had tried using Google AdWords for promoting our products especially our Timesheet.

But I stopped running AdWords campaigns as the money got from timesheet sales was much more lower that the money spent for running the Adword campaigns.

Recently I am getting very low adsense income from Google. I always try to find the opportunity in any negative situation. Similarly, lower adsense income made me to think about running the adWords campaigns again. i-e I assume that I can get good traffic/conversion by spending less on AdWords. My assumption will be wrong if the reduction in Google AdSense is driven by Google's greediness of taking majore share from Adsense income. I believe that Google won't be greedy, therefore I had decided that it is the right time for running adWords campaigns again.

So, Today I have started running the Google Adwords again. This time, I am planning to run the PPC campaigns by applying the lessons learnt from my previous campaigns.

 Past few years we had spent significant Time and Effort for developing many websites  SEO friendly and we had done some social media promotion also.

But now we couldn't focus on all those sites. I am running a Motivational Site TheQuotes.Net by providing various Apps and content that are useful for the people to keep their thoughts positive. So, I just wanted to do some analysis about the power of subconscious mind. And therefore, I added a poll to get the details about the people's response for this small riddle which is related to subconscious mind.

After adding this poll, I thought of sending message to all my LinkedIn connections for asking them to read the riddle and give their response.

But Linkedin is limiting the number of recipients to 50. Since I have more than 3.5K connections, I had to send the message in multiple batches. And, I had to choose the connections one bye one. It seems "check all" will work only if the list of connections is within 50.

It is taking more time to send the message by choosing 50 recipients multiple times. Because sometimes, the selected recipients are not getting loaded properly. I had to add those 50 recipients again by clicking 50 check-boxes one by one manually.

I understand that LinkedIn is imposing these limitations to prevent spam messages. But I feel that Linkedin can improve this process further so that genuine messages can be sent to all linkedin connections easily while still preventing spam messages.

For long time we are selling our Timesheet script for $60 ONLY, though the other similar scripts are selling for multiple times of this price. So, I have decided to increase the price from end of the June month. i-e The $60 Offer price will be available till the end of June only. And, I had decided to advertise this Offer sales to the LinkedIn users using Linked Ads.

I am using LinkedIn Ads first time. I have noticed that the LinkedIn ads are varying from Google AdWords in various ways. It requires an activation fees to activate the LinkedIn ads accounts.
Once after activating the account, we can add the Campaigns and ads variations. LinkedIn allows one picture in the ads. But the size should be 50 x 50  only. But Google adWords allow various sizes.

We can choose the Target people by choosing various things such as countries. Even we can choose specific LinkedIn Groups. And, it has an option to get the contact details of the people who clicked the ad so that we can follow up them. All these things look great. But personally I didn't get any leads. (i-e the Ad viewers didn't opt-in for getting contacted).

In brief I feel Google AdWords looks better than LinkedIn Ads, though it has the great potential to be better than Google Adwords.

I am not sure that why LinkedIn Ads didn't work for me. Have you used LinkedIn Ads previously? Do you prefer to run LinkedIn Ads than Google Adwords? Share your thoughts thro' the comments.

Few days back I had received a letter from citibank with below message.

It clearly says that starting from March 2013 citibank will reduce Rs. 500 per month if minimum balance of Rs 1 Lakh is NOT maintained for the Savings Bank Account. (Yes, Rs 1,00,000 for SB account)



The new Citibanking Account was launched some time back, to a very encouraging response. To offer you these enhanced services, your existing Citibank Suvidha Account will be converted to the new Citibanking Account.

The Citibanking Account starts at a monthly net relationship value (NRV) of Rs. 2 lakhs for new clients. A monthly charge of Rs. 500 is applicable when the NRV falls below this minimum level. As a special gesture, for your long standing relationship, a lower minimum NRV requirement of Rs. 1 lakh will be applicable for your Citibanking Account. With this conversion, the revised terms as above will apply to your account, effective 1st March 2013.

Most of the public sector banks are requiring to keep minimum balance of Rs. 1000 and some banks are requiring only zero minimum balance for SB account. And many reputed private banks are requiring to keep only Rs. 10,000 as minium balance.

So, I decided to close the citibank account as this behaviour of citibank looks like arrogance and symbol of instability of citibank.




I thought account closing can be easily done from citibank online as I found "Account closure" in query section of citibank online. But when I requested to close the citibank account from citibank online, I got reply stating that " For security purposes, we do not process instruction, if received through e-mail/facsimile/Citibank Online"

.
 And, they asked me to follow below steps to close the citibank account.

Please send the following

1. A written instruction signed by the account holder(s), mentioning your 10-digit account number.

2. The unused cheque leaves and ATM card broken into pieces.

 I had to buy stamp for Rs. 35 for sending the post. I believe most of the people will be opting to close the citibank account, as these kind of behaviour of citibank will make it less stable.

And, as most of the people will be leaving citibank, again they had to do heavy charges for the remaining account holders.

If you plan to continue your citibank account, you can share the reason thro' the comments. And, I wondering about who is going to open new citibank Savings Account by paying Rs. 2 lakhs.

Citibank is saying that the minimum balance will be calculated by including  Fixed Deposit and other investments. But I came to know that interest rate of citibank is low comparing to other banks.  And, Citibank has minimum number of branches in comparison to the other available banks. So, I am curious to know why people are still using citibank.

Few days back I had announced my plan about starting Joint venture of Resume Submission Service Business. Few people were showing interest and I will be finalizing the plan in few weeks and will publish a detailed blog post later.








Now I am going to explain the details about the investment plan for our Motivational Quotes Web Site TheQuotes.Net as many people are showing interest to invest in websites that are having "Steady Income" potential than investing in Risky websites.

Note that it is just investment plan, not a Joint Venture. i-e I will be still keeping full ownership of the website including content,ads, links, scripts and domain name. The investor will get part of the profit generated by this Site every month, and the Investment is NOT refundable.




Let me explain my plan in detail.

First I will start with Good things about this website.

There are many unique advantages in running motivational quotes website.

  • The Search Volume for the Quotes related keywords are very high.
  • There is NO need to update content frequently.
  • The content once added can be valid for years.
  • These kind of websites can spread in Social Media easily.
  • People of any age and any country will be the Target audience of these kind of sites.
  • Some kind of work satisfaction as the site is adding value by spreading positive thoughts among people.

And, it is having few challenges or drawbacks too.

  • CPC is very low. Unless we find some way to monetize it effectively, the ad income will be very less.
  • Growth opportunities are less comparing to Tech sites.


Though the CPC is low, earning potential of successful Quotes sites is NOT low.

To verify this fact, go to any Keyword research Tools like semrush.com and do a little research by searching the words like "quotes" and "Motivational quotes". Click on the Top websites shown for the results. You will be surprised to see the earning potential of those sites. I have noticed that one Quotes website's Search Engine Traffic price per month is more than 6 Million dollars. That mean they should spent that much amount to purchase the same number of visitors driven by search engine. In other words, it can generate more than 3 Million dollars per month even if the Traffic selling price is 50% of the purchase price. This calculation is only for Search engines. Apart from SE traffic, these sites will get huge traffic from social media too. Now imagine how much they are earning per month without requiring to add any new content or any kind of new spending. And I was surprised to see that one Quotes website's SE traffic price is in Millions while it has less than hundred pages.

So, obviously Quotes sites are having good earning potential irrespective of their low CPC keywords.

Now it is clear that Motivational Quotes sites are having good earning potential and they are very easy to maintain, and they can be promoted thro' Social Media.

That's why I started this motivational Quotes website "TheQuotes.Net" and focusing more on it comparing to our other websites as stated in my previous blog post.

And, just having Quotes site is NOT enough. We have to do lot of hard work to keep quality content, make it SEO friendly, and do Social Media promotion with proper strategy.

We have done below things to move forward in right direction.

  • Selected the brandable domain name "TheQuotes.Net" which is relevant, easy to type, easy to remember, easy to tell and importantly not violating anyone's copyright. (It is important because Google had disabled adsense in googleonepass.info because of domain name issue)
  • Done lot of on-page optimization for making it SEO friendly.
  • Adding Quality content while keeping them SEO-friendly. And, we are adding lot of picture Quotes also.
  • Created Facebook page for promoting it in Facebook. It is having more than thousand Fans.
  • Uploading lot of motivational Quotes videos in our YouTube Channel for promoting this website. Even in other videos I am putting the Name "TheQuotes.Net" on the video and/or at the end of the video to make it popular.
  • Created SMS channel for promoting the site by sending free SMS Quotes.
  • Improved the Page loading Speed so that users can see the pages quickly and Search Engines can improve the Search position.
  • And, we are doing link Exchange, social bookmarking and much more steps for getting lot of backlinks which are very essential for getting good search rank.
  • Our Team is doing lot of social Media promotions daily.  Just do exact match search of the word "TheQuotes.Net" on Google to see huge results returned from Google. It was showing 24,900 results while writing this post.
  • We used Auto Tweet Feature to promote it. More than 700 twitter users had subscribed for it. But it is Disabled now as Twitter blocked our Twitter application. Anyway, it helped to spread the domain name for some time. (Update- It is Active again).
  • Added Quotes Gallery Script so that other blog owners can embed this site quotes in their blogs easily.
  • And, recently we had added Greetings Cards sending feature.
  • And, we are exploring various ways to make it mobile friendly, and planing to add new features like "Daily Quotes" news letter.


In summary, our Team had done lot of hard work to develop and promote TheQuotes.Net Site.

But still the Traffic to this Site is not much and therefore AdSense income is also low. We have to continue our Hard work to make it successful website.


Since adsense CPC is low, I am looking for other ways to monetize the traffic effectively.


Few months back I had tried to sell this site thro' Flippa auction, but it didn't cross the few hundred dollars as the Flippa Buyers focus more on current income than understanding the potential of the site. So, I dropped the selling plan, and decided to keep it ourselves.

So, I am coming up with this investment plan.

According to this plan I would like to get one or few investors (preferably one investor) for investing money for developing/promoting "TheQuotes.Net" site further.

  • The investor(s) will get some part of profit generated by TheQuotes.Net at regular interval according to the type of income source. (e.g Right now, we use Adsense which gives payment monthly). The payment will be calculated by me according to the Site profit and their investment share.
  • I reserve the rights to add any new investor at any time.
  • I reserve the rights to sell or close this site at any time. While selling the Site, the investor(s) will be paid according to the Site Sales profit and their investment share.
  • This investment is ONLY for TheQuotes.Net, it is no where related to other products/services of QualityPoint Technologies while we reserve the rights to use TheQuotes.Net to advertise/promote our other products.

Anyway, I won't be doing any deductions for my Time/effort. Similarly I expect the investor to do something (e.g social media promotion, article writing, etc) for the growth of the site.

Businesses providing Job Search related services are existing for many years, and still they are growing fast. Most of the Job Search related businesses are earning good.

So, People are starting lot of Job Search Sites to utilize this opportunity. But not all Job sites will be successful. But still they were able to get significant Customers (Employers and Job Seekers), and they too run with significant profit. It proves the huge potential of the Job Search related business. But it is having huge competition too because of the huge earning potential.

So, it is necessary to develop a job portal which can provide unique benefits to both Employers and Job Seekers.


Few years back, I came to know about the automatic resume submission concept when one of our clients asked me to develop a script for automatically posting Candidate Resumes to few job sites by showing me a successfully running similar web portal. I was surprised to see the huge potential of this concept. We worked hard to develop such script. It is NOT easy task. We faced lot of challenges. But these Script buyers too didn't utilize it as they don't have enough budget/plans to maintain the script.(This script requires regular maintenance as the Job sites will be getting updated)


I had learnt below things by experimenting various options.


- Automatic Resume submission Service is in High Demand as it helps all parties (Job Seekers, Employers, and existing Job Sites) involved in the Job market.

- Competition is very low for this kind of services. Because it involves lot of challenges to develop the script. (We already overcame these challenges).

- It has Huge Earning Potential because it won't require much effort to process the service. Most part of the Sales price can be converted as profit.


- Though it is having High Demand, Low Competition and Huge Earning Potential, it is NOT easy to be successful in this business.

Now, let us see what prevent us from making profit from this business and the ways to overcome it.


This business requires two main things. One is, developing/maintaining a script and monitoring/checking the resume submission. Second is bringing the target visitors (job seekers) to the websites.

All these failures occurred because of mismatch between these two things.


So, I came up with a new plan to overcome this thing.

i-e I am planning to setup Joint Venture to start resume submission service.

I believe it will solve the issues and both parties can get profit from this model.

From our Side, we can develop the script, maintain the script, oversee the resume submission process. I am expecting the other party to invest some money to bring the visitors. And, if they are experts in marketing they can take steps to bring the visitors. Or, we can do SEO and PPC campaigns if we get enough budget. They need not invest much, small initial investment is enough to start the process. And, we can share the profit of each sales. (Major profit to the investor, and minor part to me for overseeing the resume submission. Or the investor can get full profit if they are willing to pay hourly bill for our efforts)

Update: One of the potential investor asked the question "What does this entail?". I had send below reply.


1.As specified in the post, this business involves frequent updation of script according the changes in job sites.

2.And, after every sales we need to spend 15 to 20 minutes of time to over-see the automatic resume submission process (including Captcha entry for few sites), checking the submitted resume in few random job sites to make sure that everything went good, and sending email to the customer once after the completion. Some times, it may take more than 20 minutes in case some manual processing is required due to the change in job site. (Before doing next submission, script needs to be updated to avoid further manual process)

We can take care of these two things.

From investor side, they need to pay initial amount to own the website AutoResumePost.com and Script (Few copies of Script alone I sold for $250 USD - $450 USD per copy )

And, the investor need to make some payment at regular interval (e.g weekly) to maintain/update the script, SEO/Social Media promotion of the site, and for processing the resume submission sales. It can be fixed amount or based on our hourly working time. Some part of the payment can depend on the number of sales.

Optionally the investor can make payment to add new job sites, and adding new modules, and adding new countries in future.

The investor can get the returns from these ways.

- Income from resume submission. Few services are charging more than $50 per submission. Anyway, we can set $24 to begin.

- Some new jobs sites may be willing to pay for adding their site so that they can get more resumes.

- From Ads or affiliate links.

Potential for Improvements:

- Adding keyword based job alert system for additional charges.
- job search box.
- expanding the site as job portal once after getting significant number of resumes. It may open new revenue option as Employers will be interested to pay for searching resumes.
- Adding more jobs sites to be the leader in this industry.
- expanding it by creating similar script for other country job seekers once the US version becomes successful.
- implementing affiliate option to bring more target visitors easily.



Risks involved:

- Some job sites may block the server IP if the subsequent submissions goes within very short interval. (We haven't faced this issue during our Testing)
- Some jobs sites will be closed. So, we need to replace with some other new jobs site to keep the jobsite count same. So, it needs some script development and data mapping time. (During our Testing itself few jobs sites got closed, some got acquired by other jobs site)



My plan for choosing the investor:
- Getting the details including their plan for initial investment and regular (e.g weekly or monthly) investment.
- Whether they bring any additional value other than investing money (e.g I prefer the investor from U.S with some overall understanding of the script/process, investors with potential for bringing target visitors immediately, for example owner of existing job board can do it)




And another potential investor had asked the question "And what will be the minimum capital to be put up for becoming a partner?". I had send below reply.


It requires only minimum investment to start.  But as I explained in the blog post, the script will be requiring lot of enhancements and it requires lot of SEO and social media promotion efforts, and it may need budget for running PPC campaigns too. Just having Script/site alone is NOT enough.  So, the investor needs to pay some regular (e.g weekly) payment to keep things going. The amount of regular payment can be decided by the investor. Normally We charge $6 per hour of work. For example if they pay $60 per weekly we can do 10 hours of work (e.g creating blog posts,doing seo, updating script, processing the order), and if they pay $150 we can work for  20 hours and will spend remaining $30 on running PPC. (I am NOT sure how many weeks it will need to start getting returns, as we haven't spend much to get orders. We focused more on developing the script and selling the script itself.)
Anyway, we may expect some returns in 4 or 5 weeks, as the job market is huge and competition for this kind of service is less. (Anyway I don't give any guarantee as I haven't tried myself)

 And, note that the script updation is NOT a constraint for getting orders. For example, even if someone order resume submission today itself, the current script can be used  , and the submission which is getting failed due to script issues can be manually corrected by our Team. Anyway updating script regularly will save processing time/effort.

And, note that  I reserve the Rights to reuse the script in other domains or for other purposes. Anyway, we won't sell/reuse this script till we are getting paid by the investor regularly or getting part of resume submission sales income.

Past few days I had done a detailed analysis about the things that will be having huge potential  for earning Money by doing business online.

And, I came up with below three things.

1. Media/Streaming Sites especially YouTube.
2. Mobile Apps especially Android  Applications.
3 Social Media especially Google+.

 So, I am planning to focus on these three things, i-e YouTube, Android Apps and Google+.

First I will start with YouTube, as YouTube has already enabled monetization for our YouTube Channel.

Many people have subscribed to our YouTube Channel. Right now, we have 182 Subscribers, and the channel views count crosses Half Million.

I am analyzing various ways to add quality videos into our YouTube Channel http://www.youtube.com/qualitypointtech

We have added many Motivational Quotes Videos and uploaded videos about Google Doodles. Even we have added a video about a Recipe   and Obama. Anyway, right now we are NOT experts in Video creation, though we are good in making it SEO friendly. So I am looking for various ways (Remixing creative commons videos, getting videos from freelancers) to get quality videos for our Channel. I will write a Separate post about it later.

Citigroup Inc Chief Executive Vikram Pandit abruptly stepped down following a clash with the company's board over strategy and operating performance at businesses including its institutional clients group. [source WSJ)


John Havens, Citigroup's president and chief operating officer, is also resigned.


A statement from Citigroup Chairman Michael O'Neill said Michael Corbat, previously chief executive for Europe, Middle East and Africa, would succeed Pandit as CEO and as a board member.


"We respect Vikram's decision," Chairman Michael E. O'Neill said. "Since his appointment at the start of the financial crisis until the present time, Vikram has restructured and recapitalized the company, strengthened our global franchise and refocused the business."


It seems Shares of Citigroup is rising after the resignation of Vikram Pandit.

Citigroup is 3rd largest bank in U.S.


The board's relationship with Pandit was already under pressure after shareholders rejected the CEO's pay package in an advisory vote. He was awarded more than $15 million in 2011 compensation, but 55 percent of shareholders voted against it at an April meeting.

About Vikram Pandit

Born in Nagpur, India, the 55-year-old Pandit obtained two electrical engineering degrees and a doctorate in finance from Columbia University. He joined Citigroup in July 2007 when the bank acquired his hedge fund and private equity firm, Old Lane Partners LP, for $800 million. Citigroup had to shut down Old Lane the next summer, an early black mark for the executive.



He joined Morgan Stanley in 1983 and ultimately rose to the post of President and Chief Operating Officer of the company's institutional securities and investment banking businesses.

Pandit left Morgan Stanley to become a founding member and chairman of the members committee of Old Lane, LP. When Old Lane was acquired by Citi in 2007, Pandit became Chairman and CEO of Citi Alternative Investments. He later led Citi's Institutional Clients Group, and on Dec. 11, 2007, was named Citi's CEO.



Upon his appointment, Pandit embarked on a plan to refocus, recapitalize and restructure Citi during the toughest economic climate since the Great Depression. With the goals of long-term profitability and fueling economic recovery and growth at its core, Pandit's strategy for building a new Citi is centered on the company's historic strengths and unique competitive advantages: its global franchise, unique emerging market footprint, innovative spirit and talented and diverse employee base.

In 2008, Vikram Pandit was awarded the Padma Bhushanby the Government of India.

Facebook acquires Glancee and Instagram
Glancee has proved to be an invaluable addition to its mobile apps. With the $1 billion acquisition of Instagram, combined with Glancee, Facebook has a huge success on the mobile platform already. TechCrunch has reported that Facebook has hired Glancee’s three founders and has also purchased its technology.
The current mobile app of Facebook allows the user to “check-in” to various places. But with the addition of Glancee - an app for iPhone and Android, Facebook would be able to advance its mobile platform further, similar to that of its digital platform. The implication nthen is that it is acting similar to cell phone monitoring software, that is it can help track and monitor activities of the user.

The flipside to Glancee
There are always two sides to the story. In this situation, Glancee could face an issue as it relies on real-time data – in practice of communicating with cell phone towers, which uses too much battery.

So it really depends where your loyalties lie. Do you want to stay with the old technology that hasn’t failed us, or try something new that is the wave of the future? Someday everyone is going to have to invest in something they don’t want to and it will ultimately make their lives much easier. Let me give you a real world unrelated example. When I first got my android phone I thought internet and satellite radio was useless. That is until I came across Pandora. Now, I can’t leave home without it. I would rather use my phone like it’s an mp3 and listen to Pandora than use my mp3. Stop acting like internet fax is like green eggs and ham and take the risk. You find use for it every day. Trust me change is good!

There are lot of online services/websites (e.g Freelancer.com) available for outsourcing small web development tasks.

If you are not having contact with web developers or web development companies, these freelance websites will be useful to find appropriate developers by going thro' their skill sets, their previous project experiences, and the feedback left for them by their previous project owners.

But these freelance websites have many short comings. First thing is, they collect significant amount as fees, and as I specified earlier few freelance sites such as vWorker give horrible experience. Especially they deal any dispute between the Buyer and Seller in horrible way. It seems few freelance sites charge money for handling any disputes or arbitrations.

So, it is NOT advisable to always use freelance sites for outsouring small web development tasks.

You can find out some web developers or web development companies from internet, and you can start outsourcing the projects to them directly. Even you can get the details of web developers from freelance sites itself. But few freelance sites discourages contacting developers directly. Mostly they won't allow sharing contact details.

This approach may have some shortcomings. The developers will be expecting the money before start doing the project. But the Project provider will be expecting to see his project completion before releasing any money to the Developers. (Because of this reason only many freelance sites earn good income).

There are lot of ways to handle this issue. One way is, the developer can estimate the price for completing the entire task. And, the Project provider can make the payment in multiple phases. But the developers can not estimate the exact time/effort required for completing the project without actually working on the project. So, they may end up with low estimation and therefore the project will end with lot of bugs.

And, another way is paying the developers on hourly rate. In this way, the project provider may not be knowing the amount of money he needed to spend for completing the project. So, normally we try to give approximate estimation for completing the initial version of the project even if the payment is based only hourly work.

I have many customers, and everyone is trying various approaches to outsource their web development and SEO tasks to me.

Based my experience, I understand that Hourly Rate works better in most situations for most of the customers.

But it seems few people confuse the effort estimation done for "hourly rate" with the "fixed price"

I need to give below explanation with this kind of confusion arises.

If I say 5 hours as estimated time for doing something, it is just a rough estimate for completing initial version, it doesn't mean that I need to spend extra hours for fixing any bugs. In that case it won't be a hourly billing but a fixed price.

In case of fixed price we need to do estimation by adding extra hours for testing and bug fixing.

It’s fair to say that over the past decade solar panels have become more popular then ever before, the introduction of incentives meant that consumers found solar panels irresistible – they provided the perfect solution. Consumers found that solar panels would provide a way to save money, generate income, increase property value and apart from the financial benefits they were a way to do their bit for the environment. At this point there was one question on every consumer’s mind; why wouldn’t I think about having a solar panel installation? I am now worried that this question has reverted to the old question; why should I think about having solar panels installed?
The reason I am worried that consumers are now loosing interest in solar panels is simply down to the reduction of the feed-in-tariff in the UK. This incentive (in my opinion) was the back bone of the solar industry, it gave consumers reason to invest in solar panels and I believe you will agree with me when I say that an investment with a reduced return will be less lucrative to potential buyers and this is the exact case with solar panels.
Although I believe the reduced rates are actually not bad at the moment, its set to change in the next few months as that tariff is set to see another reduction. A reduction that I believe may have catastrophic consequences. As well as the further reduction consumers will require EPC certificates before any installation goes ahead, at a cost to the customer. It seems that the government is continuing to place objects in the way thus making it harder for anyone to even consider having such an installation.
There not a lot that anyone can really do, two appeals and a few court cases later and we (as an industry) are no further forward. I completely understand that with the current economic climate its hard to find the funds the reduction in incentives is only going to be worse. Job losses have already increased since the change and some leading installation companies have reduce their work force by a considerable amount.
There are two simple questions I would like to ask the UK Government. If or when our economic situation is no longer a situation, will the Feed-in-Tariff for Solar Pv be increased? And can we expect the same situation of reductions with the Solar Thermal RHI?

When a company like Facebook wants to be traded publicly on the stock market they apply for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for a certain amount of money. Facebook announced last week that they were applying for an IPO for $5 billion, and based on the shares this amount will buy, the valuation of the company is upwards of $75+ billion. The media frenzy that ensued did everything they could to dissect the possible effects the move will have on all factors involved.

Several people including myself are worried that Facebook is outdated and their attempts to redesign the template and features offered to its users are feeble in the grand scheme, long-term scope of the business. Obviously Facebook isn’t hurting for business with 845 millionusers, so the IPO isn’t to keep things afloat, but rather to get some quick, liquid cash for possible acquisitions.

Most people have a curious attitude when it comes to the IPO, there is little evidence to suggest people will be fighting over shares; however, everyone does seem to be tuning in just to see what is going to happen next. Especially where the early Facebook employees are concerned, a lot of people who started out with the company took stock options instead of money. Their shares are going to be worth little fortunes now that the valuation deems them so. The big question will be whether or not they stay at Facebook, take the money to play or to start their own companies. Investors are far more interested in getting in on the ground floor of a former Facebook employee who goes off on their own to do something new with the knowledge they’ve garnered and skills they’re honed over the last several years than they are in investing in Facebook itself.

The questions of privacy rage on, and going public only raises those concerns to a near shout in the media. The day to day is unlikely to be changed in any way for quite some time. I certainly won’t be rushing out to buy shares, but my curiosity has been piqued and I will be keeping tabs on the progress.

We should have heard and  read the fact that having huge money is NOT enough to become a Successful Entrepreneur. Lot of Successful Start-ups were started with very low budget  in Small Garages, but with huge vision. We might have read success stories of such companies (e.g HP, Apple, Microsoft,Facebook, Google, Reliance,Ford, etc)

Randi Zuckerberg,  Former Marketing Director of Facebook, had clearly proved this Fact (i-e having huge money is NOT enough to become a Successful Entrepreneur) in a solid way by failing to bring up her start-up "R to Z Media" at specified time even then she is having huge money .

In August 2011, Randi resigned from Facebook to start "R to Z Media", but she couldn't couldn't launch her website RtoZMedia.com itself in the past 6 months.



Since Randi Zuckerberg was a former Facebook Marketing Director, I thought her initiative of new Social Media firm "RtoZ Media" will be a successful one. And, therefore I predicted huge search volume for the words "RtoZ Media" and "RtoZ". And, surprisingly I found that there is No Trade Mark issues for the names "RtoZ media" and "RtoZ". So, I registered few RtoZ name related websites to make use of the huge search volume for the keywords "rtoz media" and "rtoz".

Past 6 months I am monitoring the search volume and News about "R to Z", "RtoZ", "RtoZ Media" and RtoZMedia. Based on my observation, Randi is NOT able to bring up her Start-up initiative in the 6 months irrespective of her huge wealth. And, interestingly she started deviating her focus on some other things such as acting in a film "olive", speaking in conferences and promoting small brands thro' her twitter account and facebook page.

While announcing her "RtoZ Media" initiative, the Media gave more importance to Randi Zuckerberg related news. Guardian said,
 She might not have a reputation as a cutting-edge innovator like her brother, but Randi is no slouch. She, too, went to Harvard, graduating in psychology at about the time Mark was dropping out to focus full-time on the phenomenon he had unleashed.

But I don't know what Media is going to tell about her now.

According to the below poll, most of the people didn't like the name "RtoZ media".










At the time of writing this post, more than 68% people voted as they didn't like the name "RtoZ Media". I couldn't understand how Randi's RtoZ Media will promote the brands of their customers while they were not able to understand/read people's thoughts.

So, we can clearly understand that having huge money is NOT enough to become a Successful Entrepreneur. Right? You can share your thoughts thro' the comments.

I don't think any Entrepreneur will consider "Building a Great company" as an optional choice. What do you say? I welcome comments about it from Entrepreneurs and aspiring Entrepreneurs. And, I think the tweet should read as "A celebrity's Dilemma" instead of "The Entrepreneu's dilemma".
