Paraguay sent Copa America holders packing to book semi-final spot after 0-0 in 120 minute and dramatic penalty shoot-out victory. Samba stars failed to convert even a single penalty and only one of them shot on target.

Sergio Aguero scored two goals for Argentina to book a place in Copa America quarter-finals. The Atletico Madrid striker scored on 45th min and 52nd minutes before Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria sealed victory in the 63rd minute.
