We are not going to grade tribute uniforms because let's face it, they are A+'s every time out. I think it is so awesome to see schools every different week seem to make a tribute to the troops. Last week Fordham and Virginia Tech both had tribute uniforms, this week Louisiana Tech and North Carolina get into the action. While this is like choosing which child do you like the best, I think the Bulldogs look is a bit better than Carolina because I like how the red blends in with everything although I like UNC's starred stripe on top of the helmet. Sticking with our theme, if you missed a soldier coming back to see her daughter at the Wisconsin game, it is a must-watch and it might get dusty wherever you are watching it.

Singapore, Aug. 23 (ANDINA): In girls' play in Youth Olympic Games, Peru used their altitude advantage to beat Japan 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 25-18).
Japan had to rely on chips and soft returns to land the ball in the resistance court. Soon, Peru became aware of the plan and took the scheme.

Japan's coach, Uehara Norihito, was far from satisfied with his girls, but also sharp out "this is a young side and it is the first time they are challenging in an international tournament of an Olympic standard."

In the late game, the USA overcame a late surge from Egypt to win 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-23).
Egypt made a reappear in the last set and were leading at one stage, but a smash by Samantha Cash (USA) tied the game and soon her team had the lead to stay.
"We got a small piece lax in the last set and that's where Egypt took an advantage," said Cash.

Peru meet up Belgium and the USA take on Japan on Tuesday in the girls' semifinals.
Egypt and Singapore will play for fifth and sixth place on Wednesday.

Paula Creamer still plays with bandage. What she no longer plays with is a weight.

Even though Creamer won't turn 24 until a week from Thursday, after she returns from Royal Birkdale and the final LPGA Tour major of this year, few other players so youthful have received so much inspection for failing to win a major.

At least that's one difficulty she won't face this week at the Women's British Open.
Paula Creamer of USA plays on the fifth hole through the third round of the Evian Masters women's golf tournament in Evian, eastern France, Saturday, July 24, 2010. Creamer still plays with a bandage, which proved easier than playing with a burden. The 23-year-old American no longer faces questions regarding when she will win a major.
