Closing Time: Grading the USA Hockey Sweaters

I am not your one spot source for hockey, but I do love judging all sorts of uniforms.  We have the new 2014 Winter Olympics sweaters for the U.S. team.  People bashed them on social media, and I will agree the stars on the shoulders look horrendous. That's a horrible look, why not just make them white and more visable?  But the rest of the jersey is pretty slick at least in my opinion. They go with the US emblem that the U.S. Men's National Team is using I believe, could be wrong on the that one, and I like the contrasting stripes for both jerseys are pretty great as well.  If you want to see a man who rocks this look like a goddamn boss, it is Phil Kessel, what a beaut.  GRADE: B-
