First Taste: Ted Lasso, the Next Great Soccer Coach

Over the weekend, NBCSN hit gold with a viral video with Jason Sudeikis playing an American football coach coaching Tottenham Hotspur. While many people know the game of soccer, there are definitely some still stuck in the dark ages. Lasso is playing a stereotypical SEC-type coach trying his hand at soccer. I laughed out loud a couple times talking about ties, playoffs and Dallas Cowboys references. Sudeikis does a great job in this pseudo Saturday Night Live skit.  I know there were some detractors with the video, but soccer should be able to laugh at themselves, it is part of being a major player in the professional sports world.
