SnoTap NFL Pick Five Challenge

Last year, we did a Pick Five Challenge where a couple of writers gave thoughts on what would happen in the game. As the season approached, I finally gave in and did a Pick'Em league for a couple of us then a buddy of mine asked about it so I opened it up to the public.  11 people are currently in it, and I want more to join.  I will allow new participants in to start in Week 2 with one catch. You get the lowest amount of points accumulated in Week 1 which was three by yours truly. You are only six points back and honestly could lead the league next year.  Here's how it works.

1.) You pick a team to win and with the spread or against the spread - You cannot say pick the Patriots this week but the Jets to cover.

2.) You get two points for every game. One for getting the game right, one for getting the spread right. So if you take an underdog, but they do not win, you can still get one point.

3.) You post your picks by typing into the Google Document or shooting me at email at Snotap12@gmail.com. We use lines from Bovada. The Google Doc will lock at 8 pm on Thursday night.

4.) If you are new, just enter your name or your Twitter handle, whatever you prefer.  

5.) Will there be a prize at the end of the season?  Probably. I will likely do something nice for Tappers, probably something in the 50 dollar range, StubHub is the likely answer maybe something else.
